How
soon should I book my inflatable jump?
Our inflatable jumps are booked first come -
first served, so as soon as you have decided on a definite date for
your event, the better your selection
will be. Generally, they book approximately 3 weeks prior to
an event.
|
 |
How
large are your inflatable jumps?
All
of our units have a 15 feet by 15 feet jump area - (size:
large).
|
 |
How
much room do I need to set up?
You
need at least an 18 feet by 18 feet area and a clearance of 20
feet from the ground up.
|
 |
What
is the best area to place a moonwalk?
Typically
the best area to place a moonwalk is on a leveled grass area within
50 feet of an electrical outlet. The area should also be
free of over-hanging trees or electrical wires. The area should be clear of any
sticks, rocks, etc..... (yes, even doggie doo doo.)
|
 |
Is
a deposit required to reserve a jump?
No
deposit is required to reserve your unit of choice. However,
we do ask that in case of any cancellation, please contact us asap
so that we are still able to accommodate another customer's request
for that particular unit.

|
 |
What
is my responsibility as the renter of the jump?
Safety
comes 1st!! There must
ALWAYS be someone supervising the inflatable jump. The
customer is fully responsible for the safety of those who use it. Bounce
'n' Giggle
is not responsible for any injury
sustained while the equipment is in the customer's possession.
Absolutely NO silly string, food, candy,
drinks, fireworks, and sharp objects are to be used in or around the
jump. No pets are allowed in the jump, as well. If the
equipment is damaged or stolen while in the customer's possession,
you will be fully responsible for its repair or replacement.
The customer will be required at the time of delivery to sign a
contract that covers the rules explained in these General Policies.
|
 |
Are
your jumps cleaned and maintained often?
Yes.
Cleaning and maintaining our jumps in excellent
condition is our top priority as we consider it a safety measure
for all, especially children. Our jumps are thoroughly
cleaned, sanitized and tested for safety before each use. We
use a highly effective detergent and disinfectant spray.
|
 |
What
is your Weather/Cancellation Policy?
Weather
cancellations can be made up until the morning of the event due to
the ever-changing nature of weather forecasts. If the local weather
is calling for rain or winds of 20 mph or more on that day, both you
and Bounce
'n' Giggle can agree to cancel before
delivery. (Reservations
may be canceled for any reason prior to delivery.) We routinely call
to confirm each reservation. However, once a unit is
delivered, the customer is expected to honor the agreement.
|
 |
What
do I do if the weather changes and it begins to rain?
Although
our jumps are equipped with a roof-top, in cases of inclement
weather (i.e. high winds or storms which are more than sprinkles or
light rain) we ask that you have every person exit the jump, turn
off the blower and let it deflate until the weather clears up or the
rain has stopped. You can then turn the blower back on, wait
until the unit is fully inflated, dry the jump with clean dry cloth
towels and have your guests re-enter to enjoy the fun!! If an
incident should occur and the jump deflates, our jumps are equipped
with 2 velcro emergency exits at the roof-top in which to exit from
as well.
|
 |
How
many people can play in the jump at one time?
This
is a general guideline to go by. However, we suggest that
common sense also be used. Children should be grouped in order
by age and size. If there are older children in the jump,
the younger ones may be bounced around a lot easier than in their
own age group causing possible injury.
